Precision Die-Cut Foam Components for Industrial Assemblies

Filtration housings, electronics packs and machinery assemblies often need foam parts that match a drawing — not just sheet stock. MeshFLO’s in-house die cutting converts reticulated and acoustic foam into precision components with flexible order sizes.

Typical die-cut foam parts

We regularly produce filter inserts, sealing rings, speaker and electronics foams, packaging cushions and appliance gaskets. Adhesive backing and multi-layer builds can be discussed at enquiry stage.

From prototype to production

Start with a DXF, PDF drawing or physical sample. We cut trial parts for fit, freeze tooling, then scale. This path reduces scrap and avoids locking an OEM into the wrong geometry.
